Papers
submitted
for
review
should
represent
original,
previously
unpublished
work. At
the time
the
paper is
submitted
to BIC-TA
2008,
and for
the
entire
review
period,
the
paper
should
not be
under
review
by any
other
conference
or
scientific
journal.
All
submissions
will be
blind-reviewed
by at
least
three
experts
in the
field
based on
originality,
significance
and
clarity.
All
accepted
papers
will be
published
in IEEE
Xplore.
Revised
and
additionally
refereed
versions
of
selected
papers
presented
at BIC-TA
2008
will be
published
after
the
conference
in the
indexed/abstracted
Journal
of
Computational
and
Theoretical
Nanoscience.
The
authors
of
accepted
papers
will be
given a
20-minute
slot
(plus 5
minutes
for
questions)
in the
conference
schedule
to
present
their
work.
